We are based in Hertfordshire and provide free delivery across the county. We also deliver to surrounding areas for a small additional charge — £15 for nearby locations and £50 for destinations 20+ miles from Hertfordshire.

Our standard hire is for the full day of your event. We deliver before your event begins and collect afterwards, ensuring maximum enjoyment with minimum stress. Exact times are confirmed at booking.

Absolutely. All our equipment is rigorously cleaned and sanitised before and after every hire. We hold full public liability insurance and all our soft play equipment meets current UK safety standards.

We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak periods (summer, half-terms, and the Christmas season). We do accommodate last-minute requests where possible.

Our soft play equipment is designed for indoor use. If you have an outdoor space with a suitable covered area, please discuss this with us at the time of booking. We are happy to advise on the best setup for your venue.

Yes! Our Signature Celebration package includes personalised name customisation. We can create bespoke name displays to make your little one's celebration truly unique and special.

We understand that circumstances can change. We ask for 48 hours notice for cancellations where possible. Please contact us directly at hello@btplay.co.uk to discuss your specific situation.

Our packages are carefully curated to provide the best experience at each price point. However, we are always happy to discuss bespoke requirements — please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.
